The Adept AD•Rail system is designed to be a quick and easy to install in-screed underfloor heating solution, particularly suited to new build properties.

Designed to be installed at 200mm and 150mm spacing, the system will keep your house warm while using lower water temperatures than a radiator system.

This grip rail system can be clipped into the insulation or you can use the self-adhesive strip found on the bottom.

• Insulation should be rigid PIR
• Some insulation / screed combinations require a vapour barrier to be installed directly on the insulation before you install the pipe and lay the screed
• To comply with building regulations, you should use a minimum 65mm sand / cement screed or 50mm pumped screed
